Make your booking feel more personal by letting your clients leave notes when they check out on your booking page.

Here’s how to set it up:

1. Go to settings: Click on Settings, then choose Payments & Checkout.

2. Turn on remarks: Find 'Enable customer remarks' and turn it on.

Now, your clients can add notes to their bookings, telling you exactly what they need or think.

Where you’ll see these notes:

  • Overview pages: See what clients are requesting right in the list of bookings and orders.
  • Detail pages: At the top of any booking or order page, you’ll find the client's note, so you don’t miss out on what’s important to them.
