Enhance your booking process by adding custom fields to your checkout page in OskarOS. These fields allow you to collect specific information from your clients, ensuring a tailored and efficient service experience.

How to set up custom fields

  • Navigate to your OskarOS account and click on Settings.
  • Within the Settings menu, locate and select Custom fields.

Define your fields

  • In the Custom Fields section, you can add new fields suited to the information you need from your clients.
  • Choose from text fields, dropdown menus, checkboxes, and more to capture various types of data.

Save your changes

  • After configuring the fields, click Save to apply them to your booking forms.
  • Once set up, these custom fields will automatically appear on the checkout page of your booking page. Clients making a booking will be prompted to provide the required information, ensuring that you receive all necessary details upfront.
