Managing appointment reminders

Manage the appointment reminders sent to your customers.

Your customers are automatically reminded of their bookings or appointments 24 hours in advance. To deactivate this functionality for a specific booking option:

Go to the booking option’s settings.
Select the Notifications tab.
Toggle off the reminder feature.

This allows you to customize reminder settings for each booking option as needed.
