Adding a physical address or online meeting link to your resource
Communicate important location details, such as a store address or an online meeting link, directly to your customers through booking confirmations.
OskarOS allows you to add a physical address or an online meeting link to your resources. This information is not displayed on the booking page but is sent to customers in their booking confirmation email.
How to add a location or meeting link
1. Navigate to resource settings
- Go to the settings of the specific resource you want to add the address or link to.
2. Go to location & access
- In the resource settings, select the "Location & Access" section.
3. Create location
- Click on "Create location" to add your physical address or online meeting link.
4. Enter location details
- For a physical address, input the full address details.
- For an online meeting, paste the meeting link (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet link).
How it works
- Visibility: The address or meeting link is not shown on the public booking page, maintaining privacy and relevance.
- Communication: The location information is included in the booking confirmation email sent to customers, ensuring they have all the necessary details.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your customers receive the correct location or meeting information in their booking confirmation emails, enhancing their overall experience and reducing the need for additional follow-up communication.
