Setting limited booking periods
Manage multiple identical resources as child resources with OskarOS.
If you are managing seasonal resources, it may be beneficial to limit your booking periods. For example, an outdoor tennis court might only be available for bookings when the weather is suitable. There are also other scenarios where this function can be useful.
To activate a limited booking period:
- Go to the Schedule & availability tab in your resource’s settings.
- In the Limit booking period section, click the + button to add a new booking limit.
- Choose the desired booking period to which bookings should be restricted.
- Click Save.
Bookings are now restricted to the specified timeframe. You can add multiple timeframes to one resource, but please note that all bookings outside these timeframes will be blocked.
