Grouping resources

Organize your resources in groups for a better client experience.

When managing multiple resources, grouping them on your booking page can simplify the booking process. For example, you might want to group staff members by function (e.g., aestheticians and nail technicians), different types of equipment, or categories of spaces (e.g., meeting rooms, single offices).

To group resources:

  1. Go to your resource’s settings and select the Groups tab.
  2. Click + Create Group.
  3. Choose a name for your group and click Save. The new group will be added to the resource you are editing.
  4. Save the resource’s settings by clicking Save.
  5. To add this group to other resources, simply go to their settings and assign them to the newly created group.

Grouping resources makes it easier for your customers to navigate and book the services or items they need.
