Publishing/unpublishing a resource
Learn how to make a resource available or unavailable for booking.
Unpublishing a resource
Unpublishing a resource blocks it from all bookings, both internal and external.
To unpublish a resource:
- Go to the Basic Information tab in your resource’s settings.
- Toggle the setting to Resource Unpublished.
Admin-booking only
If you want to block a resource for external bookings but keep it available for internal admin bookings, use the Admin-Booking Only option:
- Go to the Booking Page tab in your resource’s settings.
- Select the Admin-Booking Only option.
These settings allow you to manage the visibility and availability of your resources according to your needs.
