Adjust timezone of resources

Useful if you're handling resources in other time zones.

OskarOS automatically uses your current timezone for resources, but you can adjust timezones for individual resources if needed. You can do so in the settings of the respective resource in the 'Set a schedule' section > Adjust timezone.
