Handling multiple bookings

OskarOS supports multiple bookings to be made at the same time. A resource can for example be booked multiple times, like tickets for a bus tour, by the same or different customers.

Enabling multiple bookings

To enable multiple bookings, adjust your resource’s capacity with these steps:

1. Go to Booking capacity in the resource settings.
2. Enable Enable multiple bookings.
3. Set the Total capacity to more than 1.
4. Set the Maximum number of bookings per customer at the bottom of the page. By default, this is set to one. Increase this number if you want customers to book multiple slots for the same resource.
